Hello everyone, I have finally given in and decided to start a blog, about my daily fashion choices and general ideas, regarding menswear. I hope you all enjoy my content, any feedback would be greatly appreciated! (I honestly don't have a clue what the hell I am doing right now!! ARRRGH)
I had taken the picture above, a few months ago for a little cocktail party for a store opening, in Bangladesh. Now, in this country casual wear is basically formal wear, one can attend a wedding in a pair of jeans and a shirt and then basically change into a t-shirt and walk out the next day, without any problem. Which, personally, is abhorrent to me. I mean if you are attending a wedding or a big event, make the damn effort! All the ladies, certainly are, so it's only fair to be at least complimentary. And culturally here, dressing up for men isn't really 'a thing' mostly.
Anyway back to the outfit, since this was in the middle of summer I did not really want to get overdressed, because of the heat (and humidity) and also like i said earlier, there were likely chances I would have stood out like a sore thumb. Which is why, I went with a casual Asos t-shirt, tucked in a pair of tailored chocolate brown trousers (my photo editing skills aren't very good) and with a pair of Massimo Dutti loafers (love these). Tucking in the t-shirt still isn't that big in this country yet, so i did get a few discreet stares but it was overall a very comfortable yet event appropriate outfit, i think. Please let me know your thoughts, in the comment section.
